SLArts Admissions -- The Lottery has run. What now?

Accepted Students are invited to attend a "Shadow Morning" on Thursday, March 1 or Tuesday, March 6, from 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Parents may either drop their student off, or join us for a Q&A and tour while their students are shadowing. Students offered enrollment must accept or decline their spot by Friday, March 9 in order to hold their slot. Waitlisted? Don't dismay -- we often go into our Waiting List as families firm up their plans. We will resume our Tuesday Morning tours AFTER our Shadow Days are completed.

Salt Lake Arts Academy's most important fundraising initiative has reached 95% of our Goal! Our community of parents, friends and faculty has come together to show our support for what we value at SLArts -- small class sizes, arts every day, current technology in the classroom, hands-on science and more. The campaign runs through January - -- and it's never to late to make a gift! Thank you for helping us Grow Creative Minds!

Back to School Nights at SLArts

Welcome back to school at SLArts! This year we will be holding Grade-level Back to School Nights, where parents will gather together to hear about curricular themes for the year, and talk about grade-level specific issues and ways to support our students. The 5th Grade families will gather WITH their students on Tuesday, August 29 during the 5th Grade retreat off campus. Our 6th, 7th and 8th Grader parents will gather together for a light potuck dinner in our Commons on specified nights in the next few weeks. Parents, please check your emails for specifics about dates, times and what to bring to the potluck, and please make arrangements for your students -- these are parent nights. Looking forward to connecting and kicking off a great year!
