Dan Rose - Dean of Students

I've been a part of the SLARTS family since 2004, and I'm currently honored to serve as the Dean of Students. In this role, I oversee student schedules, classes, and field trips, working to ensure a positive and enriching school experience for every student.

My journey at SLARTS began in 2004, and prior to becoming Dean of Students, I spent two decades as a teacher, exploring a variety of subjects with students, including Science, Language Arts, P.E., Math, and even Game Design! This experience gave me a deep understanding of the diverse needs of our students and a passion for creating engaging and supportive learning environments.

I firmly believe that education is about more than just academics; it's about fostering creativity and empowering students to reach their full potential. I'm inspired by SLARTS' mission to nurture young people through the arts, and I'm committed to supporting that mission in every way I can.
