The Governing Board will meet for their Annual Retreat via Zoom on Friday, June 12 from 12 noon to 4:45 p.m. Board meetings are open to the public; to receive the Zoom invitation, please email [email protected]. Please drop off your Chromeooks, Math text books and any Classroom novels you may still have by June 1! You can come any time between 1 and 4 p.m. and we will have a low-contract drop off area set up in front of school. Please make sure to return these school items so that you don't get charged for them! Thank you, and happy summer!

We know many of our students are struggling with the end of school happening remotely, and missing their friends and connections terribly. Here's a great resource recommended by our School Social Worker, Amy Mautz. Cheers to our students and our Class of 2020!

Salt Lake Arts Academy will be adding three new classrooms to our school building this summer, along with a few other much-needed facility improvements. Construction is beginning early, making the most of our School Dismissal. Most outside construction will be completed before school begins, with some construction continuing for the first three weeks of the 2020-21 school year. The new spaces will greatly improve the student and teacher experience at SLArts. More info here -- click the headline!

Our Faculty will be meeting together on Thursday, March 12 to put a plan in place for remote Teaching and Learning, in case of mandated school closures. Thanks to our parents for enabling this important planning time! Our goal is to keep our community healthy, learning and prepared for any eventuality.
