Open to Faculty/Staff, Students and Families (anyone over 6 months old). Students MUST have parent permission AND be accompanied by someone 18 or older to sign forms. Bring photo ID and insurance cards, or $14 (kids) $35 (adults). If not insured and can't afford, it will be covered.
